RANGE 231 TITO’S SPRING LEAGUE

 

FORMAT: Two person team, Best Ball match play – Handicapped.  The team match format for this event involves two individual best-ball matches, where players from each team face off against their respective counterparts (A vs A, B vs B). Every best-ball match offers a total of 11 points for players to compete for, resulting in a total of 22 points available between the teams. In each match, every hole carries a value of 1 point, in the case of a tie, the points will be split between the teams. Securing victory in your match earns an additional 2 points. Throughout the initial phase consisting of eight weeks of round-robin matches, teams will accumulate points to determine their placement in a playoff bracket. The championship and consolation playoffs will then take place over two weeks to determine the ultimate winner. MUST PLAY THE NIGHT OF BOTH PLAYOFF WEEKS TO BE HAVE YOUR SCORE COUNT

INTERMEDIATE-BEGINNER GOLFERS WELCOME
All players will be given a handicap updated weekly by our system. TopTracer simulator will allow players to play in different courses each week, from Pebble Beach to Royal St Georges and many more. Aside from great fun, this league will include cash payouts for winners, a moderately competitive atmosphere, and a heck of a way to get ready for summer golf!

ORIENTATION 

SUNDAY, MARCH 17TH AT 6:00 PM

The orientation for the Range 231 winter golf league serves as a platform to address any queries individuals may have and an opportunity to socialize with fellow participants.  The league follows a best-ball match format, incorporating handicaps. During the orientation, we will utilize Toptracer30 to assess your skill level and assign an estimated performance handicap. As the league progresses, your handicap will be adjusted accordingly.

If you are unable to attend the orientation, please inform us in advance. We will make every effort to assist you to the best of our capabilities.

The four teams that have accumulated the highest amount of points in weeks 1-8 will engage in a fierce battle for the league championship. This championship will be decided through a net best ball match play format.

SUBS/MAKE-UP INFORMATION

If you are unable to attend one of the league matches, we highly recommend finding substitutes rather than rescheduling. If substitutes cannot be found, you have the option to make up the round at any time on Sunday before 8 pm the week of your match. Thank you for your cooperation.
